I finally reached my goal of 100 sit-ups (non stop).!!! I started at 25 sit-ups everyday then increased it by 25 at the end of each week...so 25-50-75-100. I think i'm going to stay on 100 for a while because I definitely feel the burn once I've reached 100. An extreme goal would be 200 but i'm going to work up to it in 25's.
FYI: I do my sit-ups while listening to Eminem..for some reason his anger gives me adrenaline ♫
