Im wearing the 001 ivory colour but there are tons of foundation colours to choose from to match your skin tone. Your foundation should look flawless, basically you don't want it to look like your wearing foundation even though you are. The worst is wearing the wrong shade of foundation and having the "mask" effect :s 

To test your foundation colour squirt a dime size amount onto your index or middle finger and rub it down your cheek over your jawline and a bit onto your neck. Rub the colour in a circular motion until it blends into the skin. If you can see the foundation then you are wearing the wrong colour.

Its always better to shop with a friend so she/he can tell you if the foundation colour looks right...sometimes mirrors and store lights are deceiving. Don't forget that it is better to buy a lighter colour foundation because you can build onto it with a bronzer or a tinted loose powder. But if you go to dark...you cant go back. Well you could always tan?.lol
