Its Day Three.
Is it possible to live a normal life in sync to a sugar less diet? Well, first you have to break down your definition of what you consider to be a ‘normal’ life. If normal to you is eating Mc Donald’s everyday or binge drinking on weekends then yes, it will be quite impossible to live a normal life. When you start to have doubts about why you're eliminating sugar you must remember the key reason your doing this, for your health. The first few days or even the first few months might feel foreign to your regular routines but consistence will eventually pay off and you will doubt yourself less and less. My lifestyle has changed a bit, I have to take the extra 5 minutes to think about what I’m going to eat and then most likely another 15 minutes to prepare it myself. But when you look at the bigger picture, those extra 20 minuets have profound effects on your health. I find it most challenging when I go to see a movie and I’m not sitting there with mega sized coke and popcorn but I cant let that break me down. Integrating the no sugar diet into my regular lifestyle isn’t the easiest thing but the rewards are worth the challenge.
