Its day one.
Aside from the fixed headache and my sluggish body movements.. im doing okay. Today I decided that I needed to clean out all the sugary foods that reside in the cupboard. Clearing out the 'junk food' helps eliminate the temptations I have as night falls... as I usually creep into the kitchen for something sweet.
"when in doubt.. google search" - I live by this motto. Lately i've been feeling like Mr.Jekyl and Mr.Hyde, and really despise feeling happy one minute and angry the next. So to fix this issue I typed- foods that make you feel happier- into the google search engine. In an article titled "You Are What You Eat" I was given a list of foods to help uplift my spirit. I wrote down all the foods I need to revamp my attitude and tonight I am going to make a trip to the grocery store to load my buggy up with these foods!!
