One Step Closer


Want to be more proactive? Well, maybe you need to challenge yourself!

Heres an idea that works for me...

-Take a paper and write a list of goals for the current month (March)
-These goals should be attainable within 30 days
-Whether it be something big or small; get my licence or read a book
-Place them somewhere where you can see them so there in your line of vision everyday
-By the end of the month check off what goals you have accomplished
-The feeling of checking something off is gratifying, it makes you feel like you're one step ahead

Dont worry if you cant complete all your goals, in that case carry your left over goals to the next month and focus on them first :)
