Make It Easy

We tend to make things more complicated than they actually should be. We get caught up with all the books that are published promoting healthy eating and quick ways to lose weight. But the truth is you DON'T need the books- all you need is::

1) someone who practices healthy living everyday 
2) dilligence (will power)

A person who practices healthy living will be an example you can live by. Let them be your inspiration. They are living proof that healthy living is a possible way of life (something books cant give you). The main reason for this person is to get advice and tips off them.

 The person who I recognize as someone who practices healthy living is my older brother John. Here is the dietary plan he lives by::

Vegetables- ALL
Fruit- ALL
Bread- Try for NO YEAST, NO Pasta (instead rice or potatoes), NO dough (pizza,pies etc)
Eggs- GREAT
Dairy- Lower milk intake. butter/cheese/yogurt are GOOD
Snacks- No high sugar or salt content
Oils- All oils except crisco and vegteable oil
Meat & Fish & Chicken- GREAT but lower intake of meat
Drinks- Lots of water (with lemon), NO pop, lower juice intake

He wrote this out for me on a paper, it may seem very basic but that's all you really need.
The simplicity of this plan makes it easy to follow.
