You can achieve this look by wrapping your hair around the barrel of a medium sized curling iron. Grab a 1 inch section of hair, start at the root and wrap the hair clockwise around the barrel. Hold the hair for about 30 seconds and then unwrap the hair. Don't wrap the hair to tight around the barrel because you are trying to create a loose wave *not a curl.
