So the other day I had a word or two with a trainer, and I interrogated her with my health conscious questions. I knew she was holding valuable information hostage from me...her muscles confirmed that she knew the secret to achieving a sexyyyy body. So there I sat absorbing any information or tip I could to eventually use for my own benefit. My motives were to steal her ideas and spread em like wild fire...enjoy!!

Tips...{stolen for health purposes}

-Eat protein with EVERY meal-

Examples:
Cottage Cheese 
Organic Peanut Butter
Hard boiled eggs *its okay to eat the whole egg*
Pumpkin seeds
Turkey
Oats
Tofu
Cashew Nuts

-Weight Training is IMPORTANT to burn fat-
Women tend to spend most of their time at the gym cardio training. But in order to build muscles and burn fat you MUST weight train. 
If you go to the gym 5 days a week:
3 days should be.. 30 minutes cardio & 30 minutes weight training
2 days should be-..45 to 60 minutes cardio 

-Spinning class can burn up to 900 calories. WOW.!!!

-Diet coke is HORRIBLE for your body because your system is unable to break down aspartame. You're better off drinking regular coke because at least your system can break down the sugar. YIKESS...I need to give up diet coke.
