In almost every episode i've noticed Stephanie Pratt rockin' the blue eyeliner/shadow look.

To re-create this eye.. use a blue eyeliner pencil (mine was Maybelline) and colour in your water line. Then use two shades of blue eyeshadow-lighter/darker shade- to which you will swept under your eye. *Create a fade effect of blue under your eyes by applying the lighter blue to the inside corner to mid-way and then from mid-way to the outer corner a darker blue. Curl your lashes and finish with a coat of mascara
