Start Your Day Off Right.!!

Im all for a healthy and nutritious breakfast to start your day. One that I always eat and tastes great as well is a bowl of Weetabix with slices of banana. Just put two Weetabix biscuits into a bowl, add some milk, and put it into the microwave for a minute. Let it cool down and slice a whole banana into the bowl.  Its a great way to start of your day.!! A bowl of Weetabix is great for your daily fiber intake, it is extremely important to make sure that you are getting fiber in your diet.














Fiber is important because it has an influence on the digestion process from start to finish:
  • Because it demands that food be more thoroughly chewed, fiber slows down the eating process and helps contribute to a feeling of being full, which in turn can help prevent obesity from overeating.
  • Fiber makes food more satisfying, probably because the contents of the stomach are bulkier and stay there longer.
