Feeling Blue?

Don't let other people get you down.
If you're feeling bad, recognize what it is that is making you feel that way.
Own your feelings and do something about them!!!
You have the option to ignore your feelings but if you do you allow the negativity to reside within
Get it out- it's as simple as that!!! Hear your own words...
Do not hold your thoughts or feelings in-get rid of them-
Speak up and someone will listen.
