Lighter & Liner

Im not sure who told me this but thanks for the person who did cause its a great makeup trick. 
So what you need:
A lighter
A black(any colour) eyeliner pencil

Basically, you are heating up the eye liner pencil using the flame of a lighter. This method of heating up an  eyeliner pencil helps seal the liner to the inner water line so it doesn't come off with watery eyes. It also help brings out the colour of the pencil, usually black eyeliners tend to turn a gray colour once you apply it to your water line.


*WARNING*
-The liner has to be wood, DO NOT heat up a plastic applicator
-Do no heat the liner for long or it will literally drip off the wood
-Let the liner cool for a sec before you place it on your eye( you dont want to burn your water line-owieeeee)
