QUESTION:
What's the deal with white eye liner? Does it really make a difference?


ANSWER:
Well, ahem... the deal is it works for achieving a particular look and yes it does make a difference( in comparison to darker liners i.e black ) As opposite shades white vs. black, the liners also have opposites effects. Black liner creates a dramatic statement, closing the eye making it appear smaller. However, white liner creates a softer, more wide eyed effect.
