Its Day Eight.
One day over a week and I still find it very challenging to maintain a diet that consists of NO sugar..but on the bright side I feel much happier.
I knew that eliminating sugar would decrease my energy levels so I chose to sustain from working out during the first week of the cleanse. Now that I am onto my second week, I have begun to combine my no sugar diet with a daily exercise regime.
My plan: for the first month I am going to exercise for 1+ hour everyday at a very high cardio burning level
